Service Description
All levels are welcome to this 2hr yoga workshop. Saturday 29th Nov 25 Saturday 10th Jan 26 12-2pm In this extended session we’ll take our time, moving slowly and with awareness, breaking down poses step by step and then building them back up with strength, steadiness, and ease. Stay at the level that suits your best! All levels are welcome — whether you’re new to yoga or looking to refine your practice, this workshop will give you the space to explore, ask questions, and reconnect with the foundations of yoga. New to yoga? We will work slowly and build the poses up. Stay at the level that suits you! Coming back after a break? This is the perfect chance to ease you back in! Deepening your practice? Enjoy working slower and improving further in your poses! Parking is available at the venue. If you are riding your bike you can bring it in. If you have a full Iyengar kit, please bring it. If not, let me know and you can borrow everything you need.

Cancellation Policy
Please bring your own mat and yoga equipment. If you do not have a full Iyengar yoga kit (mat, 2 bricks, 4 blocks, 1 belt, 1 blanket, 1 bolster), please let me know what you don't have so I can bring anything else you need. This is a one-off workshop, so rescheduling is not possible. No refunds.
